Problem with CCAgent login in a new Processing Group

Hello Everybody and thanks again for this great website !
I encounter a problem with an OXE R11.0.1 and with last (I don't remember) CCA server release.
My few agents were able to log on with CCA without any problem.
Things were ok till I create a new processing group.
I've created my new (4) agents and the new processing group in the CCD, as I have already done before.
I've set a prefered processing group for my agent.
Then I've updated the CCA server with the OTS Manager in order to add the 4 agents in the user list, and saved the config.
When I try to log on a new agent with the cca client, I have the error "wrong password".
I don't understand because my agent doesn't have any password !
If I set an other processing group for this same agent, the logon is ok !
If I set the new processing group for an "old" agent, the error "wrong password" appears again.
If I set the new agent in the new processing group, and if I log on with the phone or with the CCS it works.
I have compared the new and old agents, the new and old processing groups... I have found nothing.
So please, any idea ?
