Hi guys,

Is it possible to lower the volume of the standard MOH vg?

Customer is complaining that callers are saying its too loud when they are put on hold.

Just wondering if there is a way to lower the volume level or not?

No. Use Audio Station AAS extract the Wave file, decrease Volume with audacity or similar tool. Reimport wave, compile file with AAS and load the msk into the OXE again.
