IP-Phone 4028 EE Keypad (Alphabet) Is Not Working

The keypad (Alphabet keys to dial by name) of my IP-Touch 4028 EE set suddenly stopped working. It does not respond when pressed except for the dial keys. Other 4028 EE sets are also affected with this problem.

Please is this a hardware failure? How can it be fixed.

You sure that the dial by name feature is enabled?
If it is then apply for warranty if still under it. Otherwise you will have to send it to a tech

At first - check in user parameters - keyboard and dial by name and text msg - declared.
