Hexadecimal IPUI to Octal

Hi,
I need to register a DECT to an old 4200 series PABX and I need to enter its IPUI en Octal.
I already found how to convert an hexadecimal IPUI in decimal but I can't find the procedure for Octal.
In binary it's 16 bits for the manufacturer number and 20 for the Serial number of the phone.
In Hexa you take the 4 first caractères for the manufacturer number and the others for the Serial number of the phone.
In decimal its 5 digits and 7 + the checksum (13 digits)
For octal I just know it's 14 digits.
Someone could help?
Thanks
