4059 IP error

Hi,

I have just just installed a new 4059 IP keyboard following the procedure in the manual. All the configurations from the OXE is has been done precisely but when i run
OMniDesktop software i seem to have this problem.

Error A1-MO-S1
Appli : SBC Session
Msg: NOT USED
Status: L3OPEN, 12 protocol init failed

Machine specs :
Acer Veriton L480 PC

O/S : Windows 7 Professional SP1 32 bit, 4GB RAM, 100GB HDD

Have installed the driver of IP keyboard and OmniDesktop 4059 software version R5.3.4.

would really appreciate to solved this issue.

hi, it is best to share any findings as it will help others.
was it a second NIC on the PC that caused the issue?

I have the same problem, can you tell me give the documentation for installation of 4059? how did you do?

I have the CD but I do not know how to install it as the installer of our OXE is gone.
