OTMS 1.3 or OTMS 2.0 and Message LED on phones

When server OTMS 1.3 or OTMS 2.0 running, Message LED on phones no indicate lost calls (no blink) !!
When server OTMS stop Message LED blink OK.
How, where reconfigure the OTMS that message LED blink again when missed calls ??
Any idea ??

I have the same situation here with otms 2.0.2 and oxe 11.0.1.
If otms is running -> all message led are not lit when there is a new missed call.
If otms stopped -> the behaviour is ok (if there is still a missed call in the list, the message led begins to blink with a single keypress on the message key.)
In addition i can say that the behaviour is ok on a UA (4039/4035) set (nethertheless the otms is up and running). if i use the "set move" function from 4039 to 4068 and the message led blinks on the 4039 set. after the move the missed call is in the list but message led does not blink on the 4068. if i move the user back to the 4039, the message led blinks again.
Does anyone have a clue?

finally - setting 'Displ. unans calls if Homepage app' to 'true' in 8/9 phone cos will fix this.
