i´m installing the IP desktop Version 11.0.1.6 on MAC laptop with MAVERICKS. it works perfectly but the hour is incorrect. It seems that the software is checking another Time zones or something like this from another place(in MAC where can I check some *.ini file ??). In the OXE R9 (time zone GMT -6) and ip phones the hour is OK.

any sugestions??

Create an IP domain in OXE for the range of IPs assigned to the PCs running IP Desktop phone and assign the desired time zone.

and you should let us know about reults , i'm i nterested to get a MAC and run on it all oxe application (4760 client, siphone , softphone etc).

The problem is the folowing:
The hour AM to PM doesn´t change on the IP desktop software.

I managed in the OXE, the parameter /mgr/System/DAte Format: ANGLO-SAXON mm/dd/YYYY.
The Time zone in Swinst is: America/Costa Rica

In the IP phones and IP desktop working on Windows 7, the hour is AM, PM without problems.
In MAC, the AM never change even if the hour is in the afternoon or night.

I managed the IP domain, with different Value on Time Zone (system default, America/Costa Rica and etc/gmt -6),
with the same results.

If I managed the OXE parameter /mgr/System/Date Format: Latin dd/mm/yyyy (24 hours Format), the IP desktop on MAC put the hour
in the right format (without AM or PM but in 24 hours).

I reproduce the issue in my lab with R11 (k152029e)
