changing display information???

hey guys,
is it possible to change the display information.
i have tho following situation and that makes my customer not really happy

the extensions A, B and C

now, when ext A calls ext B and ext B is forwarded to ext C while C is in another call, then the ext. A see only that ext. B is busy. but thats not really true.

the customer told me that with their old system (a very old 4220 Rel.3) user a have seen the information that ext B is forwarded and additionaly busy

when ext. c is not busy and ext. a calls ext. b then the ext. a see the information that b is forwarded to c

for the customer it is a difference, because forwarded users a out of the office and busy users are in the office.
