Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has added a otes to an existing otms?
docs are not very clear about the procedure but below is what I believe..
1: ot-config.sh --rehost
2: on ACS page select yes to otes/ot
3: otes/ot inter working hostname (I assume this is the hostname of the conference dns to be used split brain i.e. different internal and external addresses)
4: ip address of the otes interworking (is this the internal address of the ot or otes?)
5: configure stack in otes
6: configure ot componant acs

I believe the interworking name and address is referred to in other docs as the cluster address.

I have already got public dns pointing to otes and same dns internal pointing to the ot server.

am I missing anything or is there a specific order needed?

cheers.

Give Ambal Sekar from A-L a call - he seems to be the only one who knows anything about it

cheers Matt, after a lot of backwards and forwards from Alcatel it seems that there are about 7-8 doc's required. all you need to do is to snip bits out of each doc and create your own. R&D are now in the process of writing one doc that has all the correct info (apparently).
not one single doc had the correct information but we did get it to work with the aid of no less than 3 R&D guys and one of the cloud designers.
