19" Rack Mount Kit

Dear all,
I received 2 HP AS yesterday from Alcatel (R11) but i didn't see rack mount kit to install HP AS on 19" data cabinet. HP rack mount kit will order seperate? Thanks.

Same as our order. We ordered rackmount kit directly from HP. SR to ALU without success. We could not wait for delivery from ALU.

Answer in SR Request was:
Email to HP and you get the material for free. Just open SR and they send you the contact.
As Said, we could not wait.
