I have a routed VPLS (VPLS to IES interface connection).I am trying to create a SAP in this vpls but it gives me error message about not enough queuing resources. When I remove the routed connection i.e. no allow-ip-int-binding. I am able to do so. Not able to understand this behavior completely. Please help.

Probably worth checking all the network ports are on FP2-based (or better) cards if you haven't already.

Plus you may know this already but the following features are incompatible and must be disabled:

• SAP ingress QoS policies applied to the VPLS SAPs cannot have MAC match criteria defined
• SDPs used in spoke or mesh SDP bindings cannot be configured as GRE
• The VPLS service type cannot be B-VPLS or M-VPLS and it cannot be an I-VPLS service bound to a B-VPLS context
• MVR from Routed VPLS and to another SAP is not supported
• Enhanced and Basic Subscriber Management (ESM and BSM) features
• Network domain on SDP bindings

You could also check the output of "tools dump system-resources" for the dynamic queues in use and allocated on each card.

I checked all of that.
The interesting point is slot 5 is has 4 10GiG ports only and "tools dump system-resources" shows having enough dynamic queues available. Till now only 400 queues been used. Rest of them are available. Why I can not make a vpls routed when I create a SAP in it or vice-versa.
