CCA - Application Error

Hi,

We are running CCA R.10.01.08.07.

We've had a few users who's suddenly got an issue starting it up.

They receive the error message attached.

Theese users have been using the agent for a long time and the problem appeared out of nowhere.
We havent done any updates or anything like that in the near past.

I've tried to reinstall the software without luck.

The users have local admin access.

If I shift + right click and use "run as another user" on the software, it works, even if I use the credentials for the user who is already logged on.

Anybody know the cause for this?

google is your friend....something on your OS. Can't be a software issue if by magic appeared on many users at once

Many thanks!

I always google things first, but I had "alcatel ccagent" in the search aswell. Guess I shouldnt narrow it down so much.

Im afraid this didnt work. Users still experience the same error after uninstalling the update and restarting. We've also tried to reinstall the software, just in case.

Erm...ok but did you search on google? It is one of many possible causes. Nothing to do with CCA, talk to IT guys
