Ip Touch 4028 / Mitel

hello,
We need to merge 2 phone system.
We will work with a Mitel 3300 and Mitel 5330 phones e Ip Phone).
This solution is currently operational.
We allors recover Touch 4028 IP phone, and I want to know how to make them interoperable with the MITEL.
FYI, not less important, I started in this area and I have found no other information on the net (not knowing where to start).
