8118 stuck on interphony

I appear to have a user who reports that their 8118 handset is stuck on auto answer, and i cant find anything reference this in the manuals i have. Anyone have any ideas how to switch it back off ? Cheers.

I know this "feature" together with dect mobiles. If headset function is enabled than the phone is on auto answer. Maybe this is the same at the wlan phone.

I would like to add that this auto answer appears to only affect only internal calls, not onlt external ddi calls ?

Delete the set on OXE and recreate
