B channel choice configured on your side on on the other PBX?
All B channels used on both side or just a limited number?

Only one PBX should have B channel choice --> usually the one that acts as master.

Your PBX send SETUP - and SELTA PBX answer REQUESTED CIRCUIT NOT AVAILABLE.
Ask your provider - what is wrong.

May be SELTA want to have called number in SETUP (try to use block mode dialling).

3 things are wrong
1-calling number -are you using private number ?
2-the called number (destination) missing ,id transcoding is working .
3-protocol is isdn or qsig
btw
Cause No. 44 - requested circuit/channel not available.
This cause is returned when the circuit or channel indicated by the requesting entity cannot be provided by the other side of the interface.
check config number of b chanals and b chanal choice

yes protocole is ISDN

when i test th ISDN trunk , i took directly the trunk by using prefix . not block mode dialling.
afetr your ansewrs . Should I manage config to interconted these PBXs?

You seize ISDN line (we can see SETUP with calling number)
Remote PBX send RELEASE - ask opposite site what is wrong - may be management in remote PBX not support overlap dialing.

Or try with block mode and compare (System - uncheck item "Overlap seizure")

Hi Mokhtar
it's a simple private network call from oxe to selta
firt as you see in the calling number you exetnsion is 4711 and installation number 02999(wich is your pUblic PCM R2 installation ) it's not the cause but may make confusion in clip and call back translator .

simple question the old protocol was qsig and you have change it to isdn so you have recreate the whole trunk grp?, i see calling number but no called one in destination ----> tg prameters number of digits to send is zero or 29 if number compatible with -1 ?
yes try with bloc mode , btw if i try to seize an isdn trunk with overllaping mode i got diconnect with cause no route to destination
