I had to remove a T2 to change (passage I QSIG licenses) and private network
I recreate my card well in the cell but I can not tab in the digital switch to T2. I have the following message
Changing \ xa000001 \ Alvéole :: 2 \ Interface Card :: 6 \ Digital Access :: 0
No access T0 / T2: Type unchangeable access as already used

Not clear your problem - you want to manage shelf/board/digital access (manage T2)?
Not necessary.
Create board
Create Trunk Group
Create access in TG.

shelf/board/digital access - will be changed automatically - you need to manage Network mode and Synhro priority

wich release ?
for some old release you have to mange the mode before creating the access in TG
