Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if "dial by name" functionality is available on the PC Desktop version of the IP Desktop Softphone R11?
I have the application up and running, with very good quality of sound. The only thing I'm missing is "dial by name" feature...I really hope it is there and I'm just to stupid to enable it.
Otherwise, this is a BIG miss for the application to be successful. Staff will not accept it without the feature.

It's solved everyone.

The option in PBX "call by name and mini mail" was not set.
I changed the setting, restart the application and it works.
