I have a problem with OXO that I added T2 as a trunk group and assigned 9 as a prefix , I added 10 channel in T2 when I tried to seize T2 using a prefix 9 it gives me unobtainable , please help me to add a T2 and how to specify a certain channel to a certain user ,

Actually I did , on the other hand the problem description is changed , let me describe it in details :-

1 - The model is OXO and the configuration are 4 analog public trunk lines ,
1 ISDN-E1 (T2 ) , 147 IP extension software license , 15 analog extension lines.
2 - ISDN service with 10 channel ,
3 - I can make outgoing calls by secondary trunk group that I created in internal numbering plan with prefix 9 .
4 - when I tried to make incoming calls it gives me fast busy tone after I had pressed the fourth digit of the calling party, I could not receive any calls ,
5 - I would like to assign a certain channel to a certain user ,If you have any documentation for this topic please share me it and receive incoming calls at the specified users ,


should I configure something in public numbering plan such subscribers , any related works and DDI table ?
