My company decided to switch from Alcatel OXE to asterisk.
Now whey asked me to try to sell unused equipment, preferably as a whole.
Firstly I would like to get some info about liceses. Does my company as a owner of these licenses can sell them with hardware.
I need to know this becouse if we can sell them, then i need to find a way to remove permanently company data from pabx. If not, then i will erase disks completly.

You can sell it, is yours. Try to give the Business Partner name who sold you the HW to the buyer. So if he decides to upgrade later he can do it or at least try.
If you don't have the Mao disk with you just do a backup of the files located on backup folder if not will be tricky for the new owner to set licenses...
As for data...only thing is numbering plan...and will stop working as soon as you get you powerful and mighty Asterisk ;)

The license is attached to the hardware (OXO or OXE).
The license by itself would be useless. You can see the whole hardware package, which would include the license.
Make sure if you erase your company data, you restore the license though !
