CC Pilots Automatic reports??

Hi guys thanks god there is a forum to ask so many questions that i have about this program.
We are using alcatel lucent and a software that names CC SUPERVISOR.
What i want to do, is extract information automatically.
I want to create automatically reports every hour.
I searched all the information across the tools of the program, but it was impossible.

Someone can help me?

Please i really need it to automatize our contact center.

You can only make daily reports automatically with this software.

If this task is business critical for the customer, it is possible to generate statistics every hour from the CCS.

This is done with an external macro execution program. I have see this a few years back at a customer site. I did not make the solution and I can not remember the name of the macro program. Try search google for those macro programs, I could imagien there is a lot out there.
