Restore Ticket from A4760
Good morning to all guys, in your experience alcatel 4760 saves the old ticket in a zip file or something after the 90 days are configured on the system? I need to retrieve the old ticket even in 2010 but are not sure you can do. Can you help?
Thank you very much for your time.

I dont know how can you check it from 4760, but maybe you can search the oldest ticket saved in OXE with the command accview.

Re: Restore Ticket from A4760
If you did not configure 4760 to keep archived tickets for 5 years so there is no way to get them back. They are deleted from DB and from archives. 4760 keeps them in /4760_ARC/accounting/ folder - you can check the files there.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
Re: Restore Ticket from A4760
Several years ago i used to do that you wolud like to do now...
I found that a folder contains the tickets, but couldn't remember the exact directory, but i suppose the location is somewhere the USR4 or USR3 folders...
The tickets stored in .dat files, as far as i know. The file names are beginning with TAXA and several random characters, it is sure. If you find this folder, you could download to the accounting PC, and put them into a "collector's" folder, the temporary folder which is used by the collector process. I think the documentation is mention this process... I find that the 4760 does not delete these files after 90 days. I found 1-2 years old files.

Re: Restore Ticket from A4760
/usr4/account - but in real PBX - I think exist stored files for 30 (by default) days or more (if managed) but for many yeas storage - we will have problem with partition capacities.
Re: Restore Ticket from A4760
Yesterday I checked some of my PBX, and it has tickets which are 1 years old. But it is a small office one.
A larger one I just checked contains ~6 months old tickets. It handles ~500 users.
And yes, the folder is USR4/TRAFFIC. The files are TAXAXYXY.dat files. You have to put htem into 4760's collector folder, and start importing tickets.

Could you specify where this configuration must made?I have a 4760 rel 5.2
I have registers only for the last 5 months on /4760_ARC/accounting/
Thanks in advance.
