Led allumé au demarage

Bonjour,
Sur plusieurs Alcatel IPTouch 4038, j'ai les leds F1, F2, Enveloppe, haut parleur main libre et raccrocher qui reste allumé au démarrage et rien sur l'afficheur.
J'ai essayé de faire 1,2,3 et i au démarrage mais les leds restent allumer, impossible de ce connecter dessus.
J'ai vu que l'on pouvait ce connecter avec un JTAG a l’intérieur mais je 'n'ai pas le schéma de câblage pour fabriquer le montage, pour que je flashe le combinée.
Si un technicien pouvais me donner ma solution je le remercie d'avance.

العديد الكاتيل IPTouch 4038، I المصابيح F1، F2، مغلف، رئيس وشنق تبقى يدها على عند بدء التشغيل، ولا شيء على الشاشة.
حاولت أن 1،2،3 وأبدأ ولكن تبقى المصابيح مضاءة من المستحيل لتوصيله.
رأيت أننا يمكن توصيله مع JTAG الداخل ولكن أنا لم يكن لديك مخطط الأسلاك لجعل التجمع، لذلك أنا تومض مجتمعة.
إذا فني يمكن أن تعطيني الحل بلدي أشكر مقدما.

I know, but I'm on this forum to help and not to critique the language I use.
Anyway I do not think anyone has the answer.
