Calls routing to a guest room

Hi,

Our customer has an OXE R 10.1.1 with hotel system as room management. When anyone (inter room/ operator /admin extensions) tries to call any guest extension, the calls are routed to a particular guest room extension 1149 after 4 rings and no answer.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
