4645 + cascading call forwarding

Hello folks,

I´ve got a problem with cascaded call forwarding to voice mail (4645) on an OXE R9.1:
For example:
Set 1000 is forwarded to Set 1001 which is forwarded to set 1002. If the Set 1002 is forwarded to the mailbox the call doesn´t follow the forwarding.
The first call forward from Set 1000 to Set 1001 is ok, but the forwarding to Set 1002 (and the mailbox) is not ok, the set 1001 ringing.

What can I do?
