Hello,

is there an overview of all licenses of OTMS and the meaning of them?

the problem is, that I can only make 8 calls with conferences, but can't find its cause.
On ACS site on licensing I have 29 Audio Ports, but can only use 8. So I guess, that I have another license problem. perhaps since R2.1?!?

Did you upgrade license?

Well, we increased the audio ports for conferencing to 29 in release 2.0 last year. the confernce system was used just sometimes.
Now I upgraded OTMS to R2.1 two weeks ago and the amount of conference usage increased more then before, because the users get to like the conferencing.

I guess we didn't notice before, that we just have 8 ports and not 29.

Is there a way to check how many audio ports we really have? I mean another way then making 9 simultaneous calls?

I am not very familiar with Otms itself but as it is at the end a teamwork then yes, should be a monitor page where you could see resources available and in use...
Guess I need to get updated on this new product

Hello,

now our service partner gave us other licences and those are working fine.
The license page of OTMS doesn't show the real licenses. I guess it's a relic of the old teamwork.

You will need the license "ACS_BConf" for multi conferences via OTMS.
