Problem in hotmenu login

Hello Team,
I am installing a new system (Crystal with Appliance server). This is a hote system with R11.1. Hare i am not able to login in a hotmenu. When i give a command hotmenu then instead of opening the hotmenu an incidence come which is ( hotmenu can"t find serveur ctree connection . . . or too many hotmenu !). Why this problem is coming and how i can resolve? Please help...
