Hello everyone

Need your help to resolve this.

One of our PCS sites is stuck on grub in the boot cycle. It displays grub and then does not boot any further. We have already tried a hard reset but still stuck on grub.

Please if you can tell me how to bypass the grub and boot the CS fully.

what does it when you press the "return" key? what does ist display on serial console?

i think the grub bootloader cannot read its config file or the kernel. maybe harddisk is defect...
