Hi all,

I have some trauble to delete a guest extension number. I've tried to delete it every form I found in the documentacion but I haven't had succeeded.

I tried to delete it the normal way and nothing:

Also use memory re-initialization, but nothing. I checked the state of the guest but is in check out state. There is no room link to this number also.

there is no room for this guest, I checked every static link a I did not find anything. is it posible to see if a guest number is dirty?

so in hotmenu on option 1 option 3 guest number you see it as free?

in users is it definitely a guest number not a room?

as per previous suggestion do a cdmao and the checkdb

oh hang on is this a OXE or OXO issue?

Hello All,

Finally, Alcatel Technical Support erased the guest number. They used many commads as "cuser" in order to erase it and after that a reboot was required.
