Display issue

Hello everybody,

I would need your help about a cosmetic working I would like changing.

I have created a T2 trunk, it's working as it has to, but the problem is, when I have an incoming external call on a phone, I have the trunk name on the display on the phone and I would like calling number. I have done a t3 trace and I can see the calling number comming from the operator.

Do you know how to display the calling number instead of trunk name on the sreen of phones ??

Hello vad,

I have created the ext call back translator. In fact the problem is inside the user, I have changed the setting "display external calling identity" to YES.
