Alcatel Unleashed

After inserting PCM2 card in shelf with Rel 10.0, the card is continuously rebooting.pls find the below incvisu

DSPs are downloaded at each power-up. So in case of wrong DSP initialization board is not taken into service.
Try another board or try to find a PDI daughter-board with specific firmware for checking and downloading firmware.
