External Call forwarding problem

Hi,

I have a OXO R10.1 that has external call forwarding issue (internal call forwarding is working fine ) i enabled Transfer Ext/Ext,,,Transfer Ext/Ext by on hook,, Transfer by on hook, in System Miscellaneous >>>> Feature Design >> Part 2 >> and In Part 3 External Diversion Mode >>Jonning
and i have enabled External Diversion in Subscriber >>Ext.>>Feature Rights >>Part 1.


Plz somebody help me

What kind of trunks?
Did you enabled check-boxes in traffic sharing --> joining?

we are using ISDN (PRI) Trunk and i enabled joining aslo (ISDN to Analog and ISDN Analog to Analog and ISDN

Hi

Antoher thing, did you configure link category of ISDN trunk? It must be allowed to make external calls.

ISDN category is on default state and there is no External call problem meaning subscribers are calling outside.

Hi

This may be your problem, ISDN access must be allowed to make extenal calls. If it is in default state 16/16/1/1/1/1, I would program as 8/8/7/7/7/7 (as I do here), giving the ISDN access to external lines. ISDN access needs to have the same link category of a no barring set.
