Hey guys,
i have a question to all the experts.
Our customer has a 3rd-party voicemail system connected to an oxe via sip/xcapi.
In the older version, the users could listen to their messages with a simple key (program key with prefix+#+extenstion+#+pin+#, i.E. 5999#123#123456#)
Since the voicemail system was updated the procedure has changed.
To listen manually to the messages the following is neccessary:
dial prefix to sip, wait for a connection to the voicemail system, press *, enter extension +# and pin+#
in this example 5999# WAIT for connect *123#123456#
Do anyone know a solution to give the users a key with this procedure??? My problem is the delay between calling to voicemail and have a connection to the voicemail.
Thanks to all for helping.

Re: procedure on programable key?
I think you can:
1) create Speed Dial XXX (where call number f.e. ARS prefix+5999)
2) in ARS for 5999 - delete 4 digits and use dialling command table like A5999FW02*123#123456# (W02 - wait 2 sec), declare SIP Gateway Id.
3) program SD number on programmed key

hi,
thanks for these tips. maybe the speeddial is a good way. i´ll check the options.
@haroun: the star (*) is for going to authentication menu in voicemail.
