4760 config - Zero between area code and number

Hi everyone,

recently I became responsible for our OmniPCX Enterprise and have to solve the following bug my predecessor left me:

we have multiple processing groups, and one of them has a bug I can't figure out. Whenever agents in that processing group call an outbound number, the reciever sees the number like this: +49 (0) 541... in every other processing group the number shows correcly as +49 541...

When I log off the user from the phone and try calling my own mobile it is correctly displayed as +49 541... so I suspect this setting somewhere in the config of the user or of the processing group, but I can't figure out where.

Can anyone give me a hint?

Check the Public Network COS and Set Connection COS against the other processing groups or user config.

Check the entities of the user that doesnt work and the one that does, also it maybe in a different NPD
