4635 VPM35 Restore via swinst

When trying to restore a 4635j backup via Swinst following appears:

....I tried this in my lab with customer data. Can anybody help me?

found out that the problem is to activate the restore mode on 4635.
can anyone discribe how to activate? The 4635 backup and restore doc is offline.
