HOW TO RETREIVE A DELETED VOICEMAIL MESSAGE .

Hi guys,

Is there any option to retreive a deleted voicemail message?. An user from my customer accidentally deleted a voicemail message and wants to retreive it. Voicemail system is 4635.

If you did. Backup then you can maybe restore. If not, as last year's pictures from your party that were deleted from your cellphone, they are gone for good

when you said "if you did backup" you mean, I did backup for 4635 general system? If this is the question, I didnt .
Or you mean I did a backup for an specific voice mailbox?

Any of them...as said, no backup then you are done. I doubt that if you had a backup of specific voice mail you would have opened this thread

Maybe I have a backup and I don´t know...how to check if a backup for 4635 voicemail is done automatically? Or it´s something that have to do manually?

Ok...well...can you please show me how to do this? Can you please write me down the steps?
I am not really sure if I´m reponsible to do this task in my project but just in case.
