how many maximum agents can login to Processing Group

Hi All

My system R10.1 with CCD and CCAgent

Base on 100 agents (with CCA operation: True) it is login well to 1 Processing Group (PG). And now when we create more 100 Agents with CCA operation it can not login with status on phone display: Not Authozised. It mean only 100 agents can login to 1 PG.

Please help is it working as design or we must be change some parameter to extend

Hi,

In that Release 100 is the maximum, but i beleive that in R11 they have increase that. Check the product limits doc on BPWS.
