OmniVista 4760i auto attendant

Hello Alcatel Unleashed!

I am relatively new to Alcatel voice system and recently took over operation of one. I've navigated around the system for a little while to see the available options.

Currently at the car dealership I work at, we have a main line that rings directly to the receptionist, no greeting or anything. We would like to implement a auto attendant to greet the customer first with and option to be redirected to the Service/Parts department (Press 1 for an example) and then all other calls Press 2.

I've seen where the auto attendant is located in Omnivista 4760, just not sure how to configure it. Is there documentation that I can download or refer to so I can get started?

I believe this is for an OXE , right ?

I believe it is OmniPCX Enterprise via Internet Explorer

You can look for it in documentation and you will find it as Integrated Automated Attendant or 4645 VMS (if you have 4645 Voice Mail).

check within spadmin first, to see if you have the license. i believe it's number 20
