Hi,

I want in a leaf type: Menu for Auto Attendant, that one choice options (let's say option 2) redirects to an extension number.

I use action type : routing to preprog. no


When filling in extension number directly, and when I use this option, it looks like it tries to call , but just gives "please go on hook"

Tried with a abbreviated numbers, also set automated attendant caller rights to 1, same thing

Only can get it working when redirecting via pilot through ACD... but need it directly from the AA



Any suggestions?

Sorry, not that much into the Alcatel Product lines...

Can some moderator perhaps move it to the correct board? Looks like I have no option to move it.

Calls to AA - external? Or you try to dial AA from internal set?

But I dial the AA from external, and want to "forward" to internal extension number.

So

press 1 for X -> pilot
press 2 for Y -> extension (hunting group is also ok)

You are testing by doing external calls, right? Not internal sets to call to the AA

Thanks for your suggestions, I was dialing form internal phoneset, but to the external number.

So tried with my mobile this morning and it worked!!

So also tried with my internal deskphone, and also worked.......................

I don't get it anymore, nothing was changed since then :/


This is my leaf action setting, which seems to work now

You can't internally
Do you have hybrid loop created to be able to call Pilots internally? Are they configured to receive internal calls?
