OXO 5.1 missed call/booking on Busy CO Lines

Hi,

We have worldwide client uses alcatel, the manager was transfered to our country, he uses alcatel telephone in the past 3 years, the following features that hi uses are :

a. He want to display MISSED call as mobile phone does. how to simulate this?
b. When all C.O lines are busy and he wants to call outside, he wants to booked his call on a first come first serve basis, when C.O lines is free. How to simulate this?

The system we are using here is OXO 5.1, he didn't mentioned what is the system at its version.

b. He must press the suffix for Busy Camp-on or Callback - look in "Features in Conversation" in "Numbering".
a. For displaying Missed calls you need to have external lines with Number presentation (such as ISDN, QSIG, VoIP, or analog lines with CLIP feature) AND type of trunk = public (because, by default (you can change this in system Misc./ Feature design/ Part3), private calls = local calls, and, therefore not remembered in OXO). Sometimes this is not so good.
