Speed dial to remote extension by sip trunk are not working correctly

Hello,
I've been trying to get this work, but unfortunally I haven't. I have remote sites and I want to call using the AA and the local extension. The only way I can see this work is to configure speed dial, so I can reach these extension by AA and also dial directly from local extensions from OXO.
the problem is that when I configure speed dial ( access mode point out to sip trunk) I'm only able to call one of them. if other local oxo extension wants to dial other speed dial number a message that you are not able to call them appears on the display, so to summary only one call is accept by the system using speed dial to call remote sites.
PD: I have 22 licenses for VoIp Trunks and also configure 11 for sip trunk and 11 for subscriber in Voip Configuration.
Is there something I am missing?
Any advice will be really helpfull.
Regards,
