Problem transfer call Auto Atterndant Opentouch R2.1

Hi ,my name is Antonio.
I have a problem with transferring calls Auto Attendant OpenTouch . The tree auto attendant works ok , but the option for default (if not check any number) rings at an extension and this when answers the call , does not let you transfer to another user.
I tried several parameters of aa.properties file transfer type = blind / consultation / ... but does not work , what can it be?

hi, if you are needing urgent support then it is best to open a case with Alcatel.
Forum members here help where they can but it is not done to any timelines.

Hi , sorry for the quick help, as the forum works and the technical help as they can. I have already opened an SR for 2 days and I have no answer. The SR OpenTouch are not fast .
