Our CCA Server broked... and now, I need create a new CCA Server.
I installed the programs, but have errors to start and clients can not connect

IP addresses are correct, but can not connect with AFE client

Problem with ACAPI Server:
- do you have edited the password entries for connection with user adfexc? (you must do this if the passwords are not the default passwords)
on client:
- the autorizado option must be only set to true, when the license for external application coupling is avaiable.

do you have restired some old files or is this an installation from scratch?
is the servername / ip-address the same like the old system?

Hello guys!
I uninstalled all programs, and started a clean installation.

In the first time, I install the program "A4400 PC Agent Server".
after installation, I install the service and run the Manager Program.
In the manager, I connect to "PC Agent Server = localhost" and "password = alcatel". Then, i create a new site:
Name = a4400
Main CPU Name = 172.22.0.12 (This is the IP of my PBX)
Stand-by CPU Name = 172.22.012
After click in "ok", I can see my Manager this:
Now, I can see in the CCAgent Software (installed on another PC) that one property has changed:
Before, the value of "Server PCAgent = The client is not connected"
Now, the value of "Server PCAgent = Versión 08.00.08"
Look:
up to this point... I'm going on the right way?

if all its ok, what program you recommend installing now?
