hi team,
i have 4059 ip console working ok.i have plantronics wireless headset cs 540 attached to 4039 set which also works ok for in comming and outgoing. My problem is that when i log on to 4059 ip i can not pick an incoming call from the headset but if i pick manually on the keybord it works fine. Is there any settings on phone or pabx(oxe r8) which allows one to pick headseton incoming call?

I'm unfortunately to tell you that there isn't. The 4059 application can nog be controlled by a headset. When 4059 is activated the ipphone is only a audio device nothing more nothing less. Control is done in the 4059 application.
