IP Touch 4018 Firmware Update

Hi,
I would like to update my Alcatel 4018 to the latest firmware in order to change the mode from NOE to SIP. I found the latest firmware upped by another user of this forum (
viewtopic.php?f=227&t=14190&hilit=firmw ... 8&start=50) - but if I push everthing in my tftp dir, the phone always says: "bad config file".
What do I have to do to tell the phone to grab the binaries and update/flash itself?
My directory contains:
- bin4018
- datsip4018
- lanpbx.cfg
- noesip4018
The lanpbx.cfg conains the following:
Currently on the phone:
SW: 3.60.72
Boot: 3.80.10

I've read this pdf and followed the instructions. Tftpd64 shows me that the lanpx.cfg will be transferred and after finishing the phone says "bad file content". I tried different encodings. Always the same.

try to give as firstline:

where x.x.x.x is an ip-address for downloading the binaries by tftp.

The phone says in it's soft-version settings NOE version is unknown and I can't change from NOE to SIP. I think the log above shows why this isn't possible - because the binary for this function is missing. I don't have these header files.
Maybe this user:
viewtopic.php?p=89046#p89046 has the nearly same problem? I also tried to rename the "datsip4018" file to "dat4018" in order to avoid the second file not found error in the log. But the phone says s.th. like "incompatible".

Looking into "noe[sip]4018" with a hex editor I can see that it contains "@[noesip40_2.11.10_09Nov11_14h24".
(I also tried to separate noe[sip]4018 into a header and a body by guessing where the header might end and cutting this into a new file - still unsuccessful and a little bit dangerous)
