Hi guys

For me under the System Software Package, the Phone Book license is reading authorized 30 but used 3. Is it possible for me to transfer 20 Phone Book License from this node to another node. Normally how long does it take for license transfer. This is for the same customer. We also want to transfer the Advanced Reflex User License from one node to another for the same customer.

And please tell me the difference between the Advanced Reflex User License and Standard Reflex User License for Digital Extensions.

Also please if you can tell me when we purchase the Advanced Reflex User License, is Phone Book license already included in it. Or we need to purchase the Phone Book License separately even if we purchase the Advanced Reflex User License.

To transfer licenses, you need to contact your business partner.
From what I remember, the Advanced reflex user is a 4035 type phone, while standard reflect is 4020. One is more elegant and has more functionality than the other.
