Hi,
vlan port mobile 2/43
this means port 2/43 is mobile - the switch can change with rules or with authentication the vlan (also for untagged packets).
normaly at mobile ports 802.1q-tagging is forbidden.
But with
vlan 10 mobile-tag enable
at all mobile ports there are tagged frames in vlan 10 allowed.

In your post you you have asked about lldp-med. With this the phone sends 802.1q-tagged packets. At mobile ports than you need mobile-tag enable.
vlan port 2/43 default vlan restore disable
If f.e. the switch with vlan rules the incoming traffic forwards to a specific vlan than all is fine. But with silent devices like printers the vlan will ages out after 5 minutes and so the printer isn't reachable. With the command the switch didn't forgot the learned vlans at this port.

regards
Silvio
