24 hours added automatically to 4760 ticket

Hi,

This is a bit urgent.

connected to a OXO running R7.x software. It was working fine till 31/12/2015.

since 01/01/2016 if a subscriber makes a call for 2 minutes and 30 seconds the metering ticket shows 24:02:30

Is there a way to solve this???

There is a general problem in OXO software. ALE is working to fix issue.
