Hi guys

We are getting a lot of HDB3 errors between on INTOF link on 2 shelfs. The shelf has gone down and then came up. Please if somebody can help here.

I am going to do the fiber tests. But normally would HDB3 be related to the coupler or INTOF Boards.

You have many INTOF shelves and only two with error?

Hello everyone

Please accept my sincere apologies for this. The Error was HDLC Frame Retransmission. Only one set of INTOFs A & B is generating this. All the other Shelfs connected over INTOF is ok.

I did a hard reset on the INTOFS, then for few days it did not generate these errors and then it started again.

Whilst I would be doing the fiber test, can it be that the INTOF board is bad.

Try replace one INTOF set with another - you will have error on the same FO cores or on the same INTOF set.
