7750 RCHIP errors

Has anyone seen these? WHat are these. I saw this on an IMM12 card, after router reboot the card went into provisioned state.
I believe it's when the router tries to read something from linecard and fails.
For example, a failure in reading a power register from a card.
The full error message will give more information.
It's often indicative of a hardware problem. If your card didn't come back and went into a provisioned state that was probably the case with you.
