CCD Agent does not ring.

Hi, I have a CCD agent that does not ring when called. There is just visual display. But when we log off the agent and call the station directly, it rings.
Only happens on one agent id, rest of them are fine.
Please if you can assist.

the telephone set has another number (and phone profile),if a ccd agent in oxe-standard-ccd is "logged off".
have you tried to adjust the ringer-volume in status "logged on"?
what kind of information does the phone display when called (in status "logged on")?

Ok, no ring but does the agent can talk to customer? If so, check the headset key if not set to interphony = yes
